What we do

Twelve trades, one point of accountability

Most renovation problems happen in the handover between trades. Running all of them under one contract means one programme, one project manager, and nobody able to blame the last firm on site.

A property undergoing full renovation

Interiors

The finishes you live with every day: surfaces, joinery and the rooms that take the most use.

Structural

Whole-property refurbishment under one contract: one programme, one team, from strip-out to handover.

Exteriors

The garden and the boundary: outside space designed and built as carefully as the rooms inside.

How it works

Four stages, and you know where you are in all of them

The most common complaint about builders is not price — it is not knowing what is happening or when. Here is the sequence every job follows, from a single room to a whole house.

  1. 01

    Free site visit

We come and look at the actual job. Not a phone estimate, not a form — someone who will be involved in the work walks the property, takes measurements and asks what you are trying to achieve.

  2. 02

    Written fixed quote

A quote broken down by element, with labour and materials separated and the assumptions stated. If something cannot be priced until a wall is opened up, we say so rather than burying it as a provisional sum.

  3. 03

    Programme and start date

Before anyone lifts a tool you get a written programme with dated stages, the name and number of your project manager, and a clear picture of which days will be disruptive.

  4. 04

    Build, snag and hand over

Regular updates as we go, a joint walkthrough at the end where you list anything you are not happy with, and a handover pack containing every certificate and guarantee.

Not sure which trades your job needs?

That is normal, and it is what the site visit is for. Describe what you want to end up with and we will work out what it takes to get there.
